Your AccuStore representative will work with you to develop a scope of work based on the data points and locations of stores you need surveyed. Then, to finalize pricing and scope of work, we’ll arrange to walk 2-3 different stores that align closely with the data we’ll capture.
Surveying typically begins 3-4 weeks after the scope of work is agreed upon and takes several weeks, depending on the locations, data collection and number of sites. We provide a schedule prior to visits and each location’s survey will range between 2-4 hours for a full survey – and between 60-90 minutes for a survey update or to survey a specific area of the store. Once the surveying is complete, allow 2-3 weeks to perform QA and finalize store profiles.
Typically, our customer service and project managers work with the vice president or director of marketing or merchandising, vice president or director of facilities or operations, the vice president or director of retail operations, operations change specialist, vice president or director in-store communications and advertising managers.
We provide weekly project status updates to help keep clients in the loop from start to finish. At the end of the survey, your project manager will review your data with you and provide you with a complete set of images of each site to help you better understand and improve efficiencies with this collection of data.
