Our rules processor now has an improved scheduler for when rules are run. It will automatically retry rules before failing them and reports to the development team when rules have failed. Overall, it will make rules process more smoothly and alert the development team more quickly if issues occur.
AccuStore | Customized Model – Priority Location Sign List Customization
This change has been made for users in the future when they will use priority location. It will allow users to assign Product, Logo, Install details, Pack with, Priority Location, Status, Site Approval, and Asset to specific signs within a company profile. It will allow individual signs to have priority location assigned instead of assigning by sign type. This feature will be available for the future once users expand within Campaigns.

AccuStore | Enhancement: Inventory Report

Users can now pull report 356 which has all inventory items and inventory velocity with images. Users no longer need to be use VPN to see the designs for inventory items. There’s also a filter to remove expired items. This is available under AccuStore>Reports>New>Inventory Report. The report is emailed to users based on the criteria added to AccuStore. Because many of these reports are large it can take time to send to users. Reports may also be too large to email as a file, so it’s best to send via the link that AccuStore generates. Users can also request the report in AccuStore. Users can now quickly view available inventory to make purging decisions.
AccuStore | Enhancement: Campaign Exception Report
Planners now can be published by “Full Planner Only” or “Full Planner and Categories.” This report will be available once users are expanding in Campaigns. This data comparison compares the store profile to the campaign and lists any stores that have a sign type not included in a distribution. This allows users to see if a store was missed in a distribution list, or if a promotion needs to be added to include a list of stores. It is a feature that’s flagged off, but will be turned on once campaign expand is available.

This enhancement helps with overall performance in AccuStore, users may notice increased speed with loading pages. Rule processing is more robust and this is a step in optimizing the speed for rule processing. This change was made for all AccuStore users.
AccuStore | Show Categories in Planners
Planners now can be published by “Full Planner Only” or “Full Planner and Categories.” If a user publishes the “Full Planner and Categories” their client can see all of the planner categories broken down as well as the full planner. All of the functionality previously in Planner Portal is now available in AccuStore so users can use security and permissions in AccuStore instead of Planner Portal. Planners are sorted with newest planners (based on the Date entered in Planner set up) on top. A filter has been added to the Planner page allowing users to archive planners, it matches what they see in the Captures module. These enhancements are available for all Planner Portal users.
AccuStore | Reporting Enhancement: Planner Activity Report
In GSPReporting Under AccuStore > Activity there is a new report #77 for Planner Activity. This report shows any time a user downloads or views a Planner in AccuStore, it has the first access date, last access date and number of times the planner has been viewed. The Planner Activity Report will be a valuable tool for users to see which stores are using their planners to set up their graphics.

Campaign users may now copy the promotion they’re currently viewing in a Campaign. Users may select specific attributes of the promotion to copy (distribution, price book, sign types) as well as update the promotion text during the copying process. This reduces the amount of clicks for the user and improves user experience overall.
Campaigns | Save And Close button
A save and close button has been added to the promotion details, distribution, and copy pages in Campaigns. This time-saving update makes transitioning between pages more efficient with one click instead of choosing to save then close the pages being viewed.

Campaigns users may now choose to clear the products and packages from the promotion that they are editing in the promotion details page by clicking the “X” next to the product or package.
